Mhh, hab gestern mal ein erstes Layout erstellt, das ging mir eigentlich recht fluffig von der Hand, war ich nach ca. einer Stunde durch… bin mir aber nicht sicher, da die Bewertungskriterien ja recht gut formuliert sind:
1. The individuality of your score
You don’t have to match the original score, you can use whichever sounds you feel works with the visuals. It could be one instrument for the whole clip or you could mix and match as it develops. It’s about what YOU do with this scene with fresh eyes and ears.
2. Fitting the scene
There are several different scenes and locations in the competition clip, so you’ll need to handle each one with care and ensure you transition between them without distracting from the story. There is also a lot of dialogue so be careful not to take over the scene!
3. Handling emotions
With such a variety of scenes within the clip we’ll be looking for scores that pay attention to the emotions at each point and how they balance with the visuals.
Bei 2 und 3 bin ich ganz gut unterwegs aber letztlich ist es nicht sonderlich originell, was ich gemacht habe…
Zumal dieser Clip hier, einen auf "reale" Instrumente aus der Zeit fixiert... Ne TB 303 / oder TR 808 in nem "1800er" iss nich so passend...
frage mich, ob das wirklich so ist, zumindest könnte man mit elektronischen Sounds ein bisschen Originalität (Individualität) herstellen
Zudem darf die Musik nur Bild und O-ton unterstützen, quasi also keine eigene Meinung haben, zu aufdringlich sein, nicht tragend sein...
Ich glaube, dass ist das, was die mit „Handling emotions“ meinen. Das ist natürlich bei so kurz geschnittenen Szenen mit einem enormen „binnenausdruck“ (s. die ersten 10 Sekunden) enorm schwierig…
die passenden Sounds fehlen ( die richtigen von der Quali her )...
s.o. Ggf gar nicht so sehr auf diese Sounds fokussieren…
