Also chanonartig.

SPIRITS (Lyrics)
A small boy all allone at home is playing with his toys
aware of distant callings with some strange sounding voice(s)
They call his name and ask him for reaching out his hand
And never tell his parents, cause they won ́t understand
We will always be there to protect you
We are always standing by your side
We will always lead you and direct you
Lead you from the darkness to the light
Three men once took a trip, driving a big black shiny car
A buisnessman, a biker, and a country boy so far
They had to work deep on the ground on a farm outside the town
But just the boy is still around, the other two are gone
Much later as a young man (I) climbed with friends a viaduct.
We heard the roaring train approach - and run with lady luck.
At Night we ́re sitting under stars – talking true and free
I played guitar and felt it was like someone played trough me
Watching you, when you ́re walking through the door
See you from above, standing in the corridor
All around yourself, when you turn to look behind
Spirits on your soul – Spirits (a)round your mind
An old man sitting in his room, writes down his memoirs
Completes the paintings of his life, apruptly comes so far:
„When voices (are) calling from beyond (then) take things as they are.
Accept them an respect them - they might make you a Star."
We will always be there to protect you
We are always standing by your side
We will always lead you and direct you
Lead you from the Darkness to the Light
