Hi there,
iam relatively new to this forum but i am a Cubase SE user since last year. Now i have a question which I didn´t find on the forum, perhabs because its a little bit (perhabs) stupid
Is it useful (when I want high-quality audio recordings in a [g=70]sequencer[/g]) to buy one which is capable of audio recordings in 192 khz (or is 96 khz "enough"?)
- how is the quality standard in really modern and professional studios? (...at this time and will it change it the next few years, does anyone know??)
I don´t really understand why f.ex. the whole Cubase Group has 24 bit and 96 khz (up to SX / 4) while Sonar and Ableton Sequencers has up to 192 khz and are much cheaper...are they better in quality???
(I know that i must have good hardware, too)
thanks
