Changes from Live 6.0.7 to Live 6.0.9
(Version 6.0.8 was not released as regular update, only available on the Live LE DVD)

Improvements

When using the "Get Support" command from the 'Help' menu, a short lesson appears explaining a few ways how to get support.

The installing of default packages, which are installed when a certain Live version is started for the first time, is started after the splash screen is closed. Until now the default packages are installed during "splash screen time". A progress bar shows the status of the default package installation process. Furthermore that improvement solves several graphical update problems with the splash screen on Windows Vista.

Extended the volume and frequency range for the test tone within the audio preferences.
Volume range is now: -70 to 0 db
Frequency range is now: 5 to 20000 Hz

Until now, when mapping [g=32]MIDI[/g] CC to a on/off button, the button is switched when the [g=32]MIDI[/g] CC value crossed 64.
Now, it is possible to set up min and max value for such a mapped button.
The idea is that when the CC value is between min and max, the button is switched on (or off in reverse mode).
If the CC value is outside the min and max range, the button is switched off (or on in reverse mode).

Native script support for the AKAI MPK49.

Bugfixes

On Windows Vista, the "Show in explorer" context menu command would not show the right folder.

Live could crash when move a file within Live's browser during pre-listen.

Live could crash when doing a hot-swap in the file manager.

The "All Tracks" option of the Render dialog was missing.

On OS X, if the "Template.als" would be an alias, it could not be loaded from Live.

Live could crash on certain actions when a [g=32]MIDI[/g] controller surface was selected in the [g=32]MIDI[/g] preferences.

On Windows, saving a preset of a [g=211]rack[/g] containing a disabled AU plug-in would crash Live.

On OS X, Live would silently crash when having no write access to the /tmp folder.
Now, Live shows a message box and quits normally afterwards.

Within a [g=211]rack[/g] device, a hot-swap button could not be toggled.

Renaming a macro control, which has been mapped to an outer [g=211]rack[/g]’s macro control, would not be possible.

On Windows, it would not be possible to export a [g=32]MIDI[/g] clip whose name contains a slash.

In Sampler, the Lin/Pow [g=47]crossfade[/g] switch of the zone editor would not be saved with a preset.

Rendering normalized would not always work properly.

Loading a certain corrupt document could crash Live. Now Live shows a message that the document is corrupt.

Some [g=32]MIDI[/g] events sent from VSTs would not be processed properly in Live.

When using the mouse to copy a Arrangement clip within a track containing an Audio Unit plug-in, certain parameter automation would be destroyed.

Depending on the settings, the Erosion effect device could sound different when using 'Render to Disk.'

Depending on the settings of aux env/lfo on sample start, sustain loop start, sustain loop length or release loop start, Sampler would access more memory than necessary.

When using the Tranzport as control surface, un-arming a track with no input before arming another track exclusively would not work properly.

Under certain conditions (global record active and at least one track armed) Live would crash when moving certain audio effect devices.

Live would crash when clicking on a locator and pressing the delete key at the same time.
